Q: HOW LONG WILL MY PRODUCTS STAY FRESH, AND HOW SHOULD I STORE THEM?
A: Because our products are all-natural, so are our preservatives, including vitamin E and rosemary extract. We recommend using your Gilded & Co, products within 9-12 months of opening and storing them at or below room temperature, and away from direct sunlight. If you find that the freshness of one of our products is not to your liking, please get in touch with us immediately. We will be happy to handle any issues on a case-by-case basis.
Q: WHAT DO I DO WITH THE SEED BOMB I RECEIVED IN MY ORDER?
A: At Gilded & Co, we believe in making great products for our clients, and also in giving back to the earth from which we collect our ingredients. To help give back, we offer the following benefits to our clients: In your delivery, you will find a shipping label and a seed bomb pack. Please use the seed bomb to help us replace the herbs and wildflowers we use to create our products. We use your address to know which of our three regional wildflowers to send you. To grow the seed bombs, follow the instructions provided in the package.
Q: DOES YOUR CBD PRODUCT CONTAIN THC?
A: No. Our CBD products ONLY include CBD, which means it is safe for all ages and will not show up on a drug test for THC/Marijuana.
Q: ARE YOUR PRODUCTS TESTED ON ANIMALS?
A: No way! We love our fur babies, and because of that, our products are tested exclusively on our human friends and family! To further protect our four-legged friends, we vow never to sell to countries that require animal testing.
